Why we started Luvly
Luvly began with a frustration that anyone who has moved house knows well. After moving into a new flat in late 2024, our founder spent weeks looking for decent lighting that did not cost a fortune, did not take two months to arrive, and actually fit a modern UK home. Most options were either generic high street fixtures or expensive designer pieces with long lead times.
So we decided to build something in between. Curated lighting, fair prices, and stock that actually ships from UK warehouses.
How we work
We are a small team. That is intentional. It means we personally select every product before it goes live, we read every customer message, and we keep our range deliberately tight rather than listing thousands of items we cannot stand behind.
We work directly with manufacturers in Europe and Asia, which lets us offer wall lights, table lamps, ceiling lamps, pendant lamps, floor lamps and outdoor lighting at fair prices without inflated retail markups. All electrical products meet UK safety standards (CE/UKCA and RoHS).
