UK processing or shipping preparation time:

Once your order is placed, it will be processed before shipping. Our dedicated team works diligently to process your order promptly and efficiently. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak periods or on public holidays.

UK Transit Time:

The delivery time is 8 to 15 working days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance, or shipping provider disruptions.

Shipping service provider & shipment tracking:

We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Undeliverable packages:

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred in redelivering the package.

What happens if my item gets lost in transit?

While we hope this never happens, if your item doesn't reach you, please contact us at support@luvlynest.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.

Out of stock items:

While we strive to keep all listed items in stock, occasionally a particular item may be out of stock. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You can then decide whether to keep the order or cancel it. Items will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
