Refund policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Damage and problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 48 hours. In this case, you will not be charged for return shipping — we will cover the postage for returning the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns to us must be requested and approved in advance.

Return costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipment for returns.
Exchange:
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the existing item. Once the return is accepted, you can order the new item separately.
Missing or incorrect items:
Report missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
I would like to cancel my order. Is that possible?
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has already left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before arranging a return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but there are no restocking fees.

Refunds:
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
